any burner. The Three Ring Burner has the widest range
of settings and requires little maintenance but other
burners can be used. |

Mandarin has
a 13" chamber for a 14" or 16" wok.
Includes any burner offered for a 13" chamber. |

Flexible
Configurations . . .
An SR-24-G
with three ring burner can be converted to an SR-24C by
replacing the cast top with the Cantonese wok top. If
equipped with 23 Tip Jet, Volcano, No-Clog or Shield tip
burners, either the Cantonese or Mandarin top can be
used. The Mandarin Top has a 13" chamber for a
14" or 16" Mandarin wok. The Cantonese top
has a 16" chamber for a 20"-22" wok. |
