Cast Iron Chamber Reducer
Kits
Reduces large chambers
to a 13" opening for use with a 14"-16" wok.
Converts bulk preparation chambers to A La Carte service during
peak periods. A flanged steel adaptor is placed on the
larger opening. The adaptor accepts the 13" ring.
The kit includes the adaptor and 225113 13" chamber
ring.

Warming Chambers
Used to hold insets for
easy access to hot water, stock or oil. Select unheated, gas
burner or chamber exhaust heat. Rings 4" high.
Oil insets should not have gas heat. Warming Chambers may
increase chamber spacing requiring a longer body.
